Representative Role

Integrate the diversity of perspectives and activities between circles. Tasks include:
Attend both “home” and “higher” circle meetings with power of consent
Familiarize self with topics discussed in the higher circle
Request input from home circle members on higher circle topics, as appropriate
Represent the voice and objection of circle members in decisions of the higher circle
Share thinking and policy updates between the two circles
Develop skills of other members as representatives and ensure continuity of the function
Background
This role is a circle function that becomes relevant when the Board (Top Circle) or sub-circles are formed. We need a representative role description to be ready.
